Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Allure Advisory website and set out the basis on which we work with clients who engage us for Virtual CFO, accounting or bookkeeping services. By using this site or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
If anything here doesn't make sense, or you'd like it explained plainly before you sign on, just ask. That's the kind of firm we are.
Who we are
Allure Advisory is a Virtual CFO and business advisory practice operating out of Melbourne, Victoria, servicing clients across Australia through fully remote engagements. Our services are delivered by Luke Rainone, a Chartered Accountant, either directly or through associated contractors engaged by Allure Advisory.

Using this website
This website sets out what we do, how we work, and how to get in touch. You are free to browse it, share it, and use the booking and contact options as intended.
- Without our express written consent, you will not duplicate, reproduce, or use our branding, content, or website structure for commercial purposes.

This website is an authentic representation of how Allure Advisory operates. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to edit, amend, or remove content.
Our services
Allure Advisory's primary service is Virtual CFO, but we also provide accounting and bookkeeping support for clients who want it all done under one roof. A formal client service agreement or engagement letter between you and Allure Advisory confirms the precise scope of work, deliverables, costs, and timeframes for each engagement.
This website does not offer any services on any particular terms. An engagement only begins once a service agreement covering it has been approved and signed by both parties.
Use of AI tools and third-party support
Allure Advisory may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools and software in the course of delivering our services — for example, research, drafting, and data analysis — in order to work efficiently and maintain consistency in our advice. AI tools do not replace our professional judgment; Luke Rainone or another qualified team member reviews any AI-assisted output before it is relied upon or shared with you.
To support certain aspects of your engagement, such as bookkeeping processing or specialist advisory input, we may also engage trusted contractors or external suppliers. Anyone engaged in this way is bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with those set out in this document and remains under the oversight of Allure Advisory.
We never disclose your information to a third party or an AI tool in a way that breaches our Privacy Act obligations or compromises its confidentiality. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we manage your data.
Professional advice disclaimer
The content on this website — including anything published under our resources, insights, or general commentary — is original and written to help business owners understand what working with a Virtual CFO involves and how we can help. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice for your specific circumstances.
Before acting on anything you read here, you should seek advice tailored to your own business and financial position, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Where we do provide advice as part of a paid engagement, that advice is specific to the information you've given us and the scope agreed in your service agreement, and should not be relied on outside of that context.
Fees and payment
Fees for our services are quoted upfront on a fixed-fee basis once we understand the scope of your needs. There are no hidden costs added partway through an engagement. Fees are agreed and confirmed in writing before work begins, and billing for each service commences from the date the service starts.
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe set out in your service agreement.
- Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing services until accounts are brought up to date.
- Any change in scope during an engagement will be discussed and agreed with you before additional fees apply.
Client responsibilities
A Virtual CFO engagement works best as a genuine two-way partnership. To get the value you're paying for, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information and access (such as Xero) when requested.
- Let us know promptly about material changes to your business, such as new debt, major purchases, or changes in ownership.
- Attend scheduled reviews and respond to action items in reasonable time, so decisions aren't delayed on your end.
The advice and reporting we provide are only as reliable as the information supplied to us. We're not responsible for outcomes that result from incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate information provided by you or your team.
Confidentiality and privacy
We treat your financial and business information as strictly confidential. Access is limited to the people directly working on your engagement, and information is never shared with third parties without your consent, except where we're required to by law.
For details on how we collect, store, and handle personal information, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Allure Advisory's liability for any loss or damage resulting from your use of this website or from services rendered is limited to the amount of fees paid for the particular service that gave rise to the claim. Indirect or consequential losses, such as missed opportunities or lost income, are not our responsibility.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit, restrict, or alter any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party links
This page may reference or link to third-party tools that we use, including Xero, Tradify, ServiceM8, or SimPro. We have no control over these platforms and are not liable for their content, terms of use, or availability.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice period set out in the relevant service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes to our offerings or changes required by law. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the date of the update shown at the top.
